Architect

Job Summary:
  • You will be designing subdivisions starting with the plotting of technical descriptions to the layout of open spaces, amnesties and salable lots, designing of model houses and open spaces.
  • You will help in the supervision of the construction phase of the subdivision projects.
  • You will be handling employees for construction works.
    • Qualifications
  • Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree , Professional License in Architecture or Equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience especially in subdivision, model house and Landscape designing.
  • Must be output oriented.
    • Skills
  • Must be good at Autocad, sketch up and other designing related software.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to stay near the job site if the project is outside Cebu City.

    QMD Staff / Process Engineer

    Work Objective:
    Documentation of Work Processes
  • You are in charge in the documentation of work processes of selected employees.
  • You will interview the process owners and the employees who are part of the work processes.
  • You will help them in the implementation by giving orientations, follow ups and documenting assessments.
    • Improving Records Keeping
  • You will be tasked to create official documents and help in the labeling and filing.
    • Audit
  • You will audit the work processes of selected employees or departments if they are adhering to the company's quality standard.
    • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Graduate.
  • Fresh graduate or have a 1 - 5 years experience.

    Electrician

    Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
  • Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
  • Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
    • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Building Electrician or vocational course related to electrical and auxiliary (NC II Certified).
  • At least 2- year experienced in the same field.

    Helper Electrician

    Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Install wirings as directed by the electrical foreman and leadman.
  • Supply and carry own tools.
  • Rewiring.
  • Assist electricians, foreman, leadman, site manager in all project related work.
  • Perform other functions as may be directed by the management.
    • Qualifications:
  • High School graduate.
  • With experienced in the same field.
  • Graduate of Building Electrician or vocational course related to electrical and auxiliary (NC II Certified).

    Accounting Staff

    Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide reliable and accurate financial analysis in order to contribute to the success and profitability of each of the Company´s business units.
  • Report to the CFO and work directly with all levels of the organization.
  • Bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing.
  • Work with department heads to ensure proper budgeting and expense allocation.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor´s degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable/payroll a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

    Warehouseman Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse officer oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
  • They ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
  • They plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as toxic or fragile products.
  • They ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.
    • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or has last experience in the warehousing field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Knowledge in inventory system processes is an advantage.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Knowledge in electrical/mechanical materials & parts is an advantage.
  • Knows how to manage warehouse personnel.
